Order Confirmations: All accepted orders are confirmed by e-mail. We will also provide you with the estimated ship date and delivery date
Production Lead Time: This can be be between 5 to 6 weeks for any quantity of order after order confirmation and payment process.
Damaged or Lost in Transit Goods: It is your responsibility to inspect a package or shipment for damage upon delivery. Do not accept delivery of a package or shipment that is damaged or appears to have been opened. In such event promptly call us or the carrier that delivered the package or shipment.
